THE EARLY INTERVENTION TEAM
Ms. Rugg and her Early Intervention team provide training and technical assistance for Children with Special Needs/Babies Can't Wait Program and Project SCEIs (Skilled Credentialed Early Interventionists). They present at conferences and institutes on topics of Early Childhood Development and inclusion of young children into the pre-school settings.
The team offers Technical Assistance and "Portfolio Parties" which introduce the complete concept of the Take A Look At Me™ Portfolio to parents, members of the community, service providers, and/or teachers. These training sessions allow individuals to learn more about the concept behind the portfolio and create their own unique portrait of themselves or a family member.
